The Chair has the role of ensuring representation of the voice of leadership across the UK EP Services: promoting the sharing of information amongst peers; coordinating the collation of workforce data, contribution towards government consultations and Joint Professional Liaison.

The Chair Elect has the responsibility to work closely with the Chair: to make sure the meeting agendas promote the full participation of all members; to represent NAPEP at the Initial Training of Educational Psychologists National Steering Group; and to contribute to the Joint Professional Liaison Group and national policy consultations.

The Past Chair completes the Chair Triad: Supporting the Chair and the Chair Elect with key decision making and prioritising NAPEP activities, drawing on their experience in the role.

The Secretary supports the committee in the organisation of a central London venue, circulating agenda and recording minutes of National Executive Committee meetings. An important responsibility is to welcome new members and connecting them onto NAPEP-L (Email List for all PEPs).

The Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of financial management; including the presentation of finance reports to the committee; working closely with other members of the committee to safeguard the organisation's finances.
